​​Registration is live July 24th!  We have two fantastic training opportunities geared towards players at different experience levels:

​

1.  Renegade Sunday League (intended for players with 1+ season of experience):

 

Season Dates - Sundays:  September 22, 29; October 6, 13, 20, 27; November 3, 10 | 2:00 - 3:00 PM @ SJHHS 

​

Sunday Lacrosse League is a fast-paced version played with fewer players than a full field (6v6, 8v8).  The league is gamedays only (8 games), no weekday practices.  Games are played on a grass field to allow for transition game and played with fewer players to allow each player to have more touches on the ball.  Girls love the up and down style of play that leaves them exhausted and feeling like they learned a lot. Players will warm-up and focus on 20 minutes of stick work and then play a game for remaining 40 minutes!   This program is geared towards players in grades 4-8 who have at minimum 1 season of lacrosse experience.

2.  Renegade Introductory Clinic Series (intended for players with minimal to no lacrosse experience)

​

Season Dates - Weeks of September 16 - November 4 (dates depend on selected clinic site)

​

Introductory clinics will focus on learning ground balls, cradling, catching/throwing, dodging, shooting, defensive footwork, scrimmage play...fun, fun, and more fun!  This program is geared towards players who have little to no lacrosse experience and want to learn the basics in a fun, encouraging environment!  Goggles are required, but lacrosse sticks are available to borrow for the season.
